Questions
What counts as a format?
One output size built from a master, for example a 1080×1920 digital screen for one brand. Building the same size again counts again. Try again on a built format is free 3 times per format in that run.
What if I go over my formats?
Extra formats are billed at your plan's per-format rate at the end of the month. Owners set a monthly overage cap, which defaults to the plan's monthly price, and runs stop when it's reached.
How does the trial work?
14 days, 1 brand and 80 formats. It starts without a card, though free-mail sign-ups may be asked to add one after 20 formats. Sign up in the app to start your trial.
Are prices in US dollars?
Yes. Prices exclude tax. We're registered for GST, so Australian customers pay GST on top.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month; annual plans at the end of the year.
