The web app has no help link yet. Email or the form is the way to reach us.
When you write, tell us:
- your organisation’s name and the email you sign in with;
- which app you were using: web, InDesign, Figma or Canva;
- what you did, and the exact message you saw.
Don’t send sign-in links: anyone with one can sign in as you for 15 minutes.
